What an amazing compilation. I am a huge rocky road girl. I mean, who isnt?
Last night I made my first batch of homemade marshmallows. It wasn’t difficult, or even a sticky mess but they didn’t taste all that much more fabulous than store bought. Mine were coated in toasted coconut but there are endless variations. If nothing else, it was great fun to see the process. Might have to rocky road them up a bit!

This is by far my favorite flavor of ice cream! When I was little, my Grandpa use to take me to the local Thrifty’s and we would always get Mint Chocolate Chip & Rocky Road ice cream cones! Thank you so much for sharing all these delicious recipes…I think I’m going to have to try ALL of them! =D
