This post features one of my favorites, white chocolate. I love white chocolate, especially when combined with something salty. This was one of the more challenging recipe collections to put together. Maybe it’s because many times white chocolate isn’t the star of the recipe, just one of the ingredients. Maybe it’s because white chocolate recipes a bit challenging to photograph, as the photos can look a bit bland (at least mine). Maybe people don’t love white chocolate as much as I do? White Chocolate Magic Cookie Bars By Love From The Oven
I’ll start with my contribution to this collection, my white chocolate magic cookie bars. These may be my personal favorite of all of the desserts I have made. Salty, sweet, creamy, crunchy – they have it all. And to make sure that they were as good as I thought they were, I ate half of the pan. No. That’s a lie. Probably 3/4 of the pan. Add caramel sauce to the top and it goes to a whole new level. I wish they looked as pretty as they tasted!
