12 Days Of Holiday Baking Blogger Spotlight: Kevin & Amanda

There are many reasons why I adore the blog Kevin & Amanda, and I will tell you those reasons, but before I get ahead of myself, I simply have to show you this…

Words could just not do that justice.  Ever.   That is the Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie n’ Fudge Oreo Brownie Bar from Kevin & Amanda.   THAT alone is reason to keep up with all of the great things Amanda shares on Kevin & Amanda.  I kind of feel like it deserves a moment of silence…

Okay, now I must focus and get back to the spotlight.   On Kevin & Amanda,  Amanda shares her fabulous recipes, as well as her travels (always with stunning photos), a fabulous collection of free fonts, all kinds of great things for house and home and her ADORABLE Boston Terriers Miley & Howie.

Okay, now for some recipes!   Amanda has so many delicious recipes, but I’ve picked out a few that would be great for edible gifts.

Let’s start with Candy Dipped Peanut Butter Ritz Sandwiches.   The combo of chocolate, buttery yet salty crackers and peanut butter is incredible.  If you have never tried these, you must!

How about Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Treats Pralines?  Wow, they sound REALLY good.

I could never say no to Cookie Dough Pops!  I will definitely be making, and most likely eating (okay absolutely eating) these for Christmas!

Amanda and her neighbor, All Artful, made the most beautiful Caramel Apple Macarons With Cinnamon Apple Butter Buttercream for Thanksgiving (what are the chances I could get a house on their block???).   Their macarons are so delicate and lovely, and there is just something wonderfully whimsical about them.

She even made some into pops.  How can you not love this girl???

Looking for a dessert to bring to a holiday party that is simple to make yet sure to impress?   May I suggest Amanda’s Frosted Candy Bar Stuffed Cookie Cups?

Amanda made them with her g-o-r-g-e-0-u-s red KitchenAid.  Just like the one you can win in my KitchenAid Giveaway:)

I could really spend hours upon hours on Amanda’s blog.   There is just so much to see, so much creativity and fabulous inspiration and of course her to die for photography.    Thanks Amanda for sharing so many wonderful and beautiful things with your readers!
