I’m not sure how that’s possible really, aside from the fact that most of my family and friends depend on me to supply all of their holiday cookies, so they figure no baking is required on their part. I would bring one we call Poor Man’s cookies – no butter (just oil). It’s an oatmeal cookie with brown sugar to make it crispy and nuts. Can easily be changed to include chocolate or other ingredients.
