I hope you take into.consideration The bread pudding cheating her way to.the top after you put voting restrictions her votes never moved but the peep cake.did because it was being done fairly and honestly. Thanks
The breading pudding did not cheat she had a large voting family and friends until the voting was blocked on us early in the evening due to a contestants complaints. We thought it was great watching the voting go back and forth obviously she didn’t. Too bad she turned it into something ugly.
Nancy, just to address your concerns – there were an overwhelming number of votes from a single IP address. No votes were changed or disallowed (so even though an overwhelming majority were from a single IP, minute after minute, they were left to stand as votes – no votes were taken away). We simply limited the voting to one per day per IP address for the remainder of the voting. This seemed the fairest thing to do. We hope every one enjoys the contest, and remembers that it’s for fun and keeps perspective on it. Eight people will walk away with great prizes that they didn’t have, and everyone has fun new recipes to try, which is what it’s really all about.
Thank you christi for clearing that up! Too bad the cheating side made it seem as if people were out to get them which wasn’t the case at all and the whole reason for this contest is fun obviously EASTER doesn’t mean anything to most people, maybe they will learn a lesson
