Quick & Easy PEEPS Treats, A PEEPS Giveaway
And A PEEPS Hop Along Party

It’s no secret that I love PEEPS.   They are sweet, iconic and come in a rainbow of beautiful colors.  What’s not to love?  I’m super excited to be a part of Spring Hop Along PEEPS Party – PEEPS posts from 23 bloggers.  That’s 23 fun and festive ideas using PEEPS!

And not only do we have 23 great PEEPS posts for you,
but we also have a giveaway, a whole prize pack full of PEEPS!

PEEPS provided me with the product for this giveaway, though this post is not sponsored by PEEPS.

Let’s get started!  I decided to make a variety of super quick and easy no bake dessert cups for you.

I love the whole trend of dessert shooters and cute little perfectly portioned desserts.   I also am pretty sure I’m not the only one who is always looking for quick last minute ideas, and these are perfect for those!   So let’s get started…

Have some pudding, food coloring, sprinkles and PEEPS?  Then you have everything you need to whip up some PEEPS Pudding Cups.  Just add a few drops of food coloring to your pudding and layer it in cups.   The kids would have a great time layering their own versions of these treats.

Want something a little healthier?  Whip up one using vanilla yogurt!  All it takes is a drop of food coloring to add some color to your yogurt.   Toss in a few sprinkles and you have a really fun way to get in some calcium (and if you love Greek yogurt like I do, some protein as well!).

Want something a bit more decadent?   You know I have you covered.  PEEPS Chocolate Mousse Dessert Shooters anyone?   I think yes.   You can use your favorite chocolate mousse recipe, I’m a fan of this quick and easy Two Minute Chocolate Mousse  Add a bit of chocolate syrup, whipped cream, some sprinkles and Chocolate Mousse PEEPS Bunnies – good stuff, trust me.

And since I know some of you like options that are a little lighter, so here is a great one for you.  PEEPS Fruit Cup Parfaits.   You can use your favorite fruits, I used peaches and mangoes, top with a bit of whipped cream and a PEEP Chick and you have a darling way to serve up some fruit.

Hopefully those will help you with some quick last minute Easter dessert options.

So many sweet desserts to choose from. Oooh, the chocolate mousse cups topped with the chocolate bunnies looks so rich and luscious. I have not seen the chocolate brown Peeps before. I’ll have to hunt some down.

OMG! I’m a Peeps fanatic and I haven’t seen all of these products yet in stores! So cool! I’m always looking for ways to “spice up” my Greek yoghurt and nothing makes me smile more than a peep!

  3. Jessica D says

My favorite way to enjoy PEEPS is to open a package and let it sit for a day so that the PEEPS are a little hard and then bit in head first!

This is the first year that I have seen so many wonderful ideas for using Peeps. I love it. I prefer the ones that leave the peeps intact rather than melting them or cutting them up because they are just so cute. They really appeal to the kid in me and everyone I know loves Peeps.

  5. Jennifer says

I enjoy them straight from the package. I have never used them in a recipe, but will have to try some of your amazing looking recipes very soon.

I am honestly not a fan of Peeps, but I have a 13 yr old daughter who could eat nothing BUT Peeps!! She LOVES Peeps!!

  7. Meg says

I love letting the peeps harden for a couple of days so they have that delectable crunch on the outside and gooey softness on the inside!

  8. says

Stale peeps! Seriously, I leave a package open for oh, a week, and then eat them in their hardened deliciousness!! Yellow & blue are my favorites.

  9. Cyn Lorenzo says

I have a unique way of eating my peeps….I always start with the eyes then nose, ears, head and last body! Lol. I like the bunnies, they have more body parts, hahaha.

Did you say mousse? Say no more, I love those Chocolate ones, I need to look for them, I have never seen them before, they are adorable. Do they actually taste like chocolate or is just food coloring?
Thank you so much for inviting me over to be a part of this fun project. Good luck with your adventure!

Thank you so much for including me in this amazing Peeperific blog collaborative. Im currently drooling over the chocolate mousse Peeps. Hello, Yum!

  12. Skylar S says

I haven’t tried them yet, but I’d love to try a Peeps smore! You need a little chocolate to cut the sweetness of the Peep!!

  13. Alice C. says

I’m a purist: Peeps straight out of the box. And everyone knows, the yellow ones are the tastiest…

  14. Becky N says

I haven’t had PEEPS in forever! I did recently pick up the anniversary PEEPS because I saw them on your blog. I ate one straight from the box.

  15. Meredith Brooks says

I love them just out of the package. But after seeing on pinterest what you can do with “Peeps” I might have a new favorite soon.

  16. Heather says

I have just recently have become more enthusiatic about peeps! I was a bit over them since the last few years, but now I’m back to LOVING PEEPS! I love the new giant white bunny! It’s my fave right now. Well, and the always classic purple chicks! I think I might even do the pintrest contest too. =)

  17. says

I like em the way they are – only let them sit out like 5 days until they are chewy! Theytaste so much better that way, I have no clue why :)

  18. Lorynn R. says

I like to bite the ears off of the bunny peeps. I think it’s because as a child, my mother always did that to my peep bunnies & my chocolate bunnies every Easter. It has somehow traumatized me.

  19. says

Okay…so not a huge Peeps fan…but those pudding cups are awesome!! I have been trying to figure out how to get my littlest helper to eat more greek yogurt, and this hits the nail on the head! Food colouring and sprinkles?? She will devour it!! Thanks for the adorable inspiration!
