Ingredients:
1 small box instant Pistachio Pudding + required milk
1 tub Cool Whip
1 can pineapple chunks
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut
green food color
PEEPS chicks

Instructions:
Prepare the pudding mix as directing on the packaging.  Add 1 cup Cool Whip to the pudding and stir until combined.  In a small dish, put a layer of the pudding on bottom, add a layer of marshmallows, then a layer of pineapple chunks and  finish it off with another layer of the pudding.  In a small bowl mix the coconut with a few drops of green food coloring.  Sprinkle the coconut on top and plop a PEEPS chick right in the center.

6.  Warmed Up PEEPS By Kyle

Heat oven to 250 degrees. Open one yellow, one pink and one blue or orange box of Peeps. Gently remove the Peeps from the boxes, being careful not to separate them. Place them on a 20×24 baking sheet, evenly spaced. Put the tray in the oven for approximately 15 seconds. Remove the tray quickly, careful that the Peeps do not get too hot. Let them cool for about 20 seconds and then proceed to stuff them in your mouth. Repeat as necessary.

7.  PEEPS Bread Crumb Pudding & Warm PEEPSTER Sauce By Lori

6-7 slices of dry bread, old donuts,old cinnamon rolls etc broken into pieces
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
4 Tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
5-6 cups milk
5 beaten eggs
1 cup raisins (soak in hot water first) Optional
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
12 Peeps – cut into pieces (sorry..ouch)

Sauce
12 Peepsters -Melted
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
Mix cream into Melted Peepsters for truffle sauce

Place bread & Peeps in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with raisins. Pour mixture of remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for 1 hours – until a knife comes clean.

8.  Rainbow Peeps On A Stick By Pamela

5 boxes of peeps, one in each color.
1 pack of long lollipop sticks
melted chocolate
5 x 8 clear bag
tape
tulle ribbon

Put rainbow colored peeps on stick, dip in melted chocolate all but heads, let dry, bag and bow!

1 box cake mix {flavor of your choice, plus ingredients to make cake}
2 containers of chocolate frosting
chocolate chips {enough to fill center of cake, I used a combination of regular sized and mini chocolate chips}
2 packages of yellow peeps

What to do:
1. Bake cake{s} according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.

2. Place bottom layer onto serving tray, spread a layer of icing on top. Top with second layer of cake. Continue icing until cake is complete.

3. Arrange peeps around the edge of the bottom layer. Place chocolate chips in center in circular pattern.

10.  PEEPS S’mores By Tina

Graham cracker squares
Milk Chocolate bars
Peeps
Roasting sticks or a microwave
Campfire (optional- but so much more fun!)

Secure the Peep of your choice to a roasting stick and roast over the hot coals of a campfire, have assembles one square of graham cracker and one half of a chocolate bar, when the Peep is adequately toasted and roasted, trap it between the assembled graham cracker and chocolate bar and another graham cracker. Mash down slightly, allow to cool slightly, enjoy…repeat!  If no campfire is available Peeps’mores can be assembled and microwaved for about 25 seconds on high… caution they will be hot, allow time to cool.
