I’m a big fan of muffin tops (well, in my oven, not so much on myself, just to clarify). I’m also a big fan of my whoopie pie pan. Yesterday I combined the two, using my favorite pumpkin bread recipe, to make the cutest little muffin tops. I needed to find a way to make muffin portions that were the right size for my toddler, and this worked out great. I even used my heart whoopie pie pan, and holy heck these babies are cute.
So if you have a whoopie pie pan sitting around, try this out as another great way to use it!

This is a great idea! I totally prefer muffin tops to entire muffins. I’ll have to get me a whoopie pie pan!

Excellent idea!!! I tend to think the Whoopie Pie Pans are perfect for making anything EXCEPT whoopie pies.

Interesting! I’ve tried brownies and cookies in my whoopie pie pan and haven’t been convinced with the results but this could work. Thanks for the tip!
