2tablespoonsolive or avocado oil
1/4teaspoonsaltmore or less to taste
1/4teaspoonpeppermore or less to taste
3tablespoonsbutter
5cloves of garlicminced
fresh parsley or chives for garnish if desired
Instructions
Place steak in a medium size bowl, then drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper and mix until steak pieces are well coated.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. If your air fryer does not have a preheating option, simply start the air fryer a few minutes prior to using.
After air fryer has heated, place the steak bites into air fryer, and cook for 4 minutes. Check to see if steak is cooked to your liking. If it's not, cook for another minute, then check for doneness, repeating until the steak bites are cooked to your desired level.
While steak is cooking in the air fryer, melt garlic in a pan on the stovetop over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly to prevent garlic from burning. Remove from heat.
Remove steak from air fryer and toss in garlic butter. Serve with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
Notes
If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. To reheat, you can microwave the steak bites, or heat up some more garlic butter on the stove and toss the steak in it for a minute or two.
