Ingredients
6mediumgranny smith applespeeled, cored, and evenly sliced
1/2cupunsalted butter1 stick
3/4cupbrown sugar
1 1/2tablespoonscinnamon
Instructions
Start by heating up a large skillet on the stove over a medium-low heat. To the skillet, add the butter and swirl around until completely melted. Next, add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Stir everything together until combined, and the sugar has dissolved.
Next, add the peeled, cored and sliced apples to the skillet.
Stir the apples around until they are coated in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Cook these apples down until tender, stirring occasionally. This takes about 10 minutes. Serve the fried apples once they reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
