Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these flavorful air fryer brussel sprouts are drizzled with a bit of olive oil, sprinkled with seasonings and air fried to golden perfection in only 20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F.
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and mix so that the Brussel Sprouts are covered with the marinade.
Place the Brussel Sprouts in the basket of the air fryer and cook for ten minutes. Give it a shake halfway through so the Brussel Sprouts are roasted more evenly.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme and serve hot.

Storage - Store the cooked brussel sprouts in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4 days. If you want to reheat them, just pop them back in the air fryer or in a regular oven for a few minutes until warm.
