Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these flavorful air fryer brussel sprouts are drizzled with a bit of olive oil, sprinkled with seasonings and air fried to golden perfection in only 20 minutes.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (use less if using dried thym=)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F.
  • Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and mix so that the Brussel Sprouts are covered with the marinade.
  • Place the Brussel Sprouts in the basket of the air fryer and cook for ten minutes. Give it a shake halfway through so the Brussel Sprouts are roasted more evenly.
  • Sprinkle with fresh thyme and serve hot.

Storage - Store the cooked brussel sprouts in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4 days. If you want to reheat them, just pop them back in the air fryer or in a regular oven for a few minutes until warm.
