  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cranberries (don't thaw)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped )

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9 baking dish.
  • In a bowl, add the apples, frozen cranberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture in the prepared baking dish, set aside.

Notes

Storage - Once it has cooled in the baking dish, store the remaining Apple Cranberry Crisp by covering the baking dish with a lid or with some foil, and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat, you can pop it back in the oven until warm, or heat up a serving in the microwave.
