Christmas Charcuterie Board

Celebrate the holidays with this quick and easy to make Christmas charcuterie board. It's perfect for holiday parties and gathering.

Ingredients
 

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 8 ounces pepper jack cheese (cubed)
  • 8 ounces colby cheese (cubed)
  • 8 ounces fresh mozarella balls
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 cup green olives
  • 4 ounces pepperoni (sliced)
  • 8 ounces salami (sliced)
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup purple grapes
  • 1 slice colby jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup pretzel sticks
  • assorted crackers to serve with

Instructions
 

  • Place your pretzels vertically at the bottom of the board to create the tree trunk.
  • Lay a row of fresh rosemary horizontally across the bottom of the board to establish the base of the tree.
  • Next, lay pepperoni slices above the rosemary.
  • Follow with a mixture of the pepper jack and colby cheeses.
  • Next, add a row of black olives.
  • Lay another row of rosemary to create branches throughout the tree.
  • Add a row of green grapes.
  • Add the salami and mozzarella balls. Fold the salmi in half and use the mozzarella balls to prop the slices up.
  • Add another row of rosemary, then place cheddar cheese and green olives onto the board. Continue adding rows of rosemary throughout the assembly to create the look of tree branches.
  • Add tomatoes and red grapes.
  • Use a star shaped cookie cutter or paring knife to cut out a star from a slice of colby cheese. Place the star on top and add little springs of rosemary throughout.

Notes

You can place and choose ingredients to your liking! This takes a little bit of finessing but once you start, it's pretty easy to fill in and create a cute, decorative board.
To store, cover board in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.  It's best to not leave it at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
