Flatbread Tacos

Ingredients
 

Flatbreads

  • 1 Krusteaz Flatbread Mix (prepared according to package directions to the point of the dough rising.)

Taco Fillings

  • Fillings of your choice which could include cooked ground beef (ground turkey, shredded chicken, pinto beans, black beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olive, guacamole, sour cream, salsa or whatever you enjoy putting on your tacos.)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare flatbread mix according to package directions and allow to rise. Once dough has risen, separate dough into approximately 10 pieces. Place a skillet or baking pan on the stove, brush or spray lightly with oil and heat to a medium heat. Working with one piece of dough at a time, by hand shape the dough into a round, approximately 4-6" in diameter. Place into dough round into the heated skillet and cook for approximately 2 minutes, then flip with tongs, cooking the second side for 1.5-2 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining dough. Serve immediately and top with favorite taco toppings!
