In a large bowl, combine cake mix, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Pour in oil, milk and eggs and stir until just combined, do not over mix.
Coat a griddle or pan with a light coating of cooking oil or non-stick spray. Heat to medium. Scoop pancake batter onto the pan and cook until pancake starts to bubble up and appear done on the sides. Flip and cook remaining side. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm or store leftovers in refrigerator.
If desired heat Pillsbury Frosting in microwave in a microwave safe container for approximately 20-30 seconds, or until a syrup like consistency is reached. Drizzle over pancakes when serving.
