Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, egg white, baking soda and vanilla in a bowl and stir until well combined. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top each cookie with a peanut cluster. Allow to cool completely. Enjoy!
