Sour Cream Muffins

Easy and delicious sour cream muffins can be made with chocolate chips or blueberries.

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

sugar
▢
1 1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
▢

teaspoon
baking soda
▢
1/4
teaspoon
salt
▢

large eggs
▢
3/4

Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
▢
1/2
cup
Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
▢

tablespoons
butter
melted
▢
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
3/4
cup
chocolate chips or berries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine all wet ingredients EXCEPT for the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
Once combined add in dry ingredients and mix, followed by melted butter, stirring just until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into a muffin pan lined with 12 muffin liners.
Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees F and immediately place muffins into oven. .
Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes or until starting to brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean
