Combine undrained Rotel and Velveeta in a large microwave safe bowl and cover.
Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min. Take care, the dish will be hot.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, crackers, or tortilla chips.
This recipe can be easily doubled, change cooking time to 8 minutes if doubling.
For a thicker dip, drain the can of Rotel prior to using.
To make on the stovetop, place ingredients into a medium or large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is melted and completely blended, approximately five minutes.
