Pizza Pull Kabobs

Recipe courtesy of KRAFT.


  • 1-1/2 cups French bread cubes 3/4 inch
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni chunks 1/2 inch
  • 1/2 cup green pepper squares 3/4 inch
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms cut in half
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • Optional - feel free to add any veggies fruits and meats you like, from pineapple to ham to black olives to meatballs, get creative.
  • Optional - 2 cups of pizza or marinara sauce for dipping


  • HEAT oven to 350°F.
  • THREAD bread, meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
  • PLACE in single layer on foil or parchment paper covered baking sheet. Brush with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
  • BAKE 15-20 min. or until kabobs are heated through and cheese is melted.


Serving Suggestion: Serve with a mixed green salad and cold glass of fat-free milk.
Cooking Know-How: If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning in the oven.
Hawaiian Kabobs: Prepare as directed, substituting ham cubes for the pepperoni and pineapple chunks for the halved mushrooms.
