18 ounce package cream cheese
1cupShamrock Farms Whole Milk
1cupShamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
6ouncesgrated Parmesan cheese
1/8teaspoonground black pepper
Parsley for garnish if desired
First, melt butter and cream cheese in a medium size pan, stirring to combine.
Next add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Add cream and whisk to combine. Stir in Parmesan, garlic powder and pepper.
Remove from heat once sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce thickens as it cools, if it thickens too much for your liking, simply thin with milk. Finally, toss with hot pasta or serve over chicken, shrimp or vegetables.
