Using a large heavy pot, cook Private Selection Italian Cavatappi Pasta Noodles according to package directions. Drain and return immediately to pot.
Empty 1 jar of Private Selection Truffle and Aged Cheddar Mac and Cheese Sauce to pot with pasta. Add 1/4 cup milk or cream to empty jar, place lid back on jar and shake well. Pour milk and remaining sauce into pan as well.
Return pan to stovetop and cook on low heat until throughly heated, approximately five minutes. If desired top with grated cheddar cheese and/or grated bread crumbs. Serve immediately.
