Frozen Strawberry Smoothie

  • high powered blender


  • 1 cup orange creme flavored yogurt
  • 2 cups strawberries frozen
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk or water


  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If you would like a thinner smoothie, add 1/4 cup more milk or water. This is a thick smoothie.


  • Can I use fresh berries instead of frozen? Yes! it will work just fine.
  • Can I make this dairy-free? Yes! Use water or orange juice instead of milk and substitute coconut or dairy free yogurt for the yogurt.
  • Can I use a fruit other than strawberries? Once again, Yes! Any kind of fruit works well and you can use any combination of fruit and berries to custumize the flavor of your smoothie.
  • What kind of blender did you use? I use a BlendTec blender. Any blender should be fine although this smoothie is fairly thick so if your blender is having trouble, add more liquid or leave out the ice.
