2/3cupcreamy peanut butterregular, not the "natural" oil on top variety
6tablepsoonswhole milk half and half can also be used
1cartonfrozen whipped topping, thawedCool Whip works perfectly
1chocolate cookie pie crust
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Gradually add milk, then the vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping; spoon into the crust. Sprinkle with desired topping.
Chill overnight prior to serving.
Storage – This no bake peanut butter pie keeps in the fridge for 3-5 days. Cover it with plastic wrap and secure it with toothpicks so the plastic wrap doesn’t stick to the top of the pie. You can also freeze the pie for about 3 months.
