In a small saucepan, heat sugar and 1 cup of water until sugar is melted. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
Pour cooled syrup into a large jug and add lemon juice. Mix to combine. Top up with remaining water.
Layer the fruit in the popsicle molds. Fill the molds with the lemonade. Cover the molds and insert the popsicle sticks.
