INGREDIENTS

Place eggs, milks, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon and salt into a large bowl. Whisk eggs with the other ingredients until well combined.

Place approximately 1-2 teaspoons of butter into a medium size skillet and heat over medium heat. Once skillet is hot, dip one piece of brioche bread into the egg and milk mixture, let extra liquid drip back into the bowl, then transfer to prepared pan.

Cook until golden on each side, approximately 2-3 minutes each, depending on your heat and your pan.

Repeat with remaining slices of bread, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
