INGREDIENTS

Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Leave some empty space in the pot, but enough water to cover the eggs fully. Add room temperature eggs to the boiling water and boil for 12 minutes.

Remove the eggs from the boiling water, and immediately add it to an ice bath. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes.

Once completely cooled, peel the eggs and slice them into halves going lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks from the egg whites and add the egg yolks to a medium sized mixing bowl.

To the mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Mash the ingredients together with a fork until smooth and creamy.
