Add seasoning salt, pepper, and flour. Mix until well combined. Gradually add beef broth and cook until thickened (approximately 5 minutes).

For the mashed potatoes While the meat and vegetable mixture simmer, peel and cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces (about 8 pieces per potato).

Bring a large pot of water to boil and add the potatoes. Cook potatoes for approximately 20 minutes or until a knife can be easily inserted.
