Slaw
1head red cabbageshredded
3cupsgrated carrots
2tablespoonschopped cilantro
1shallotdiced
Dressing
3tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
2teaspoonshoney
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Place the shredded cabbage grated carrots into a large bowl.
Add in the chopped cilantro and diced shallot.
In a small bowl or cup, combine the dressing ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and stir to combine.
Chill for one hour prior to serving.
