  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice juice from two lemons approximately
  • 1 small shallot chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Place all items into a blender and blend until smooth.
