Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14oz can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • dash salt
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, with edges of foil extending over the edges of the pan, to allow it to be easily removed.
  • Combine Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, salt and 3 cups chocolate chips in a heavy bottomed medium size sauce pan. Stir gently to help combine. Remove from heat and immediately stir in vanilla and peanut butter. If adding peanuts, add them in at this time.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared pan and spread evenly. Immediately sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips and remaining chocolate chips. Gently press toppings into fudge.
  • Chill for two hours or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting out holding foil. Cut into small squares. Store tightly covered.

Notes

To make in the microwave:
Combine Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, salt and 3 cups chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl. Cook on high power for 90 seconds, remove from microwave and stir. Repeat for another 90 seconds and stir again. If chips have not fully melted, repeat 20 seconds at a time. Then follow recipe as written.
