Ingredients

Fondue

  • 6 ounces chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, dark chocolate are all options)
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream (more can be used if a thinner consistency is desired)

Instructions

  • Place chocolate and whipping cream in small microwaveable bowl.
  • Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes, or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring well after each minute.
  • Serve warm with chocolate fondue dippers.

Notes

Mixing more than one type of chocolate yields a great flavor.
If a thinner consistency is desired, add more heavy whipping cream - starting with one additional tablespoon and increasing as desired.
