Graham Cracker Pie Crust is not only delicious – it’s quick and easy to make! There’s no need to run out to buy a premade crust when you can make one yourself in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/2 tbsp salted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together graham crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter.  Press this mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake the graham crumb crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool prior to filing, unless using a baked filling.

Notes

If using unsalted butter, a pinch of salt will add a nice touch of saltiness to balance the sweetness of the graham crackers.
