  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (juice from two lemons approximately)
  • 1 small shallot (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all items into a blender and blend until smooth.
