An easy homemade pumpkin pie spice recipe that is perfect for using in all of your delicious pumpkin spice recipes.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all spices in a bow and mix well to combine.

Notes

This recipes makes 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice, enough for most pumpkin spice recipes. 
Feel free to double, triple, quadruple or more the recipe to have homemade pumpkin pie spice on hand to use at any time. 
If any of the spices are not your personal favorite, it's fine to slightly reduce them. Cloves and/or allspice can even be omitted. However, don't skimp on cinnamon. It is vital to creating the pumpkin spice flavor that everyone loves.
