This dish is packed with pieces of your favorite candy bar, juicy apples, molded together with whipped cream and vanilla pudding, and topped with a caramel drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz size box (approximately))
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 6 granny smith apples
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 Snickers bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Start with a large bowl and add the milk and instant vanilla pudding. Whisk the two together until combined. The pudding should thicken up once combined.
  • Add half of the container of cool whip to the pudding and fold it together. Once that’s mostly combined, fold the rest of the cool whip in. Scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure you get everything. Place this in the fridge while you prep the other ingredients.
  • Core the apples and chop them up into even, bite sized pieces. Toss them with a little bit of lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Next, chop up the chilled Snickers Bars into bite sized pieces. Reserve half a cup of both the apples and snickers for garnish.
  • Add the remaining apples and Snickers to the pudding mix, and fold it together until incorporated. Drizzle the top of the salad with the caramel sauce & top with the reserved apples and Snickers.

Notes

Storage - You can store the leftover Snickers Salad in the fridge, covered for 2-3 days. I don’t recommend saving it past then. The apples will likely brown and the candy will get soft.
