Easy Glazed Carrots

Glazed Carrots are a favorite side dish for my family. This glazed carrots recipe made with fresh produce is easy enough to make on a busy weeknight, yet delicious.

These roasted carrots are not only picky eater approved, but I’ve had multiple people who think they do not like carrots tell me that they love these.

–Fresh carrots –Olive oil –Agave syrup –Cinnamon –Salt –Pepper –Chopped parsley

STEP 1

Slice carrots diagonally into approximately 1 - 1.5" size pieces. Try to keep pieces similar in baking size, meaning the small end of the carrot would have larger cut pieces.

STEP 2

Combine olive oil, agave syrup, cinnamon, salt and pepper and stir well to combine. Transfer to a large zipper top bag. Add carrots, close and shake well to coat thoroughly.

STEP 3

Bake for approximately 25-35 minutes, or until desired tenderness has been reached. Start checking carrots with a fork at 25 minutes.

STEP 4

Remove from oven, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
