Funfetti Cake

– All-purpose flour  – Baking powder – Salt – Salted butter  – Oil  – Granulated sugar – Vanilla extract – Eggs – Milk – Sprinkles  – Powdered Sugar Frosting

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 - 9 inch round baking pans.

STEP 2

Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.  Set aside.

STEP 3

Using a standing mixer, or electric hand mixer, beat the butter until smooth.

STEP 4

Then add the oil, sugar, and vanilla, beating until combined.  Add the eggs, one at a time.
