Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff combines savory beef, an irresistible creamy sauce and delicious egg noodles to create an easy dinner that your family will request time and time again.

–Beef stew meat – Onion –Salt –Black pepper –Garlic powder –Onion powder –Garlic –Worcestershire Sauce –Beef broth –Sour cream –Cream cheese –Corn starch –Pasta noodle –Fresh parsley

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Prepare slow cooker by greasing or spraying interior with non-stick oil.

STEP 2

Add stew meat, then top with onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

STEP 3

Stir well mix seasonings in with meat. Add 2 cups beef broth, stir and cook covered on low for 8 hours.

STEP 4

At the 8 hour mark, in a medium size bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup of beef broth with corn starch, and mix well, until all cornstarch is dissolved and incorporated into broth.
