Brioche French Toast

Easy to make and on the table in under 30 minutes, this buttery, flavorful French toast is one you’ll make again and again.

Place eggs, milks, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon and salt into a large bowl and whisk until well combined.

How To Make Brioche French Toast


Place approximately 1-2 teaspoons of butter into a medium size skillet and heat over medium heat. Once skillet is hot, dip a piece of brioche bread into the egg and milk mixture. Fry in pan.


Cook until golden on each side, approximately 2-3 minutes each, depending on your heat and your pan. Repeat with remaining slices.

If you want to serve the entire batch piping hot at once, here’s a tip. Place each slice of French toast on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
