Apple Pie Cheesecake Bars

Apple desserts are one of my fall baking favorites, and this caramel apple pie cheesecake does not disappoint.

These caramel apple pie cheesecake bars are like having a few different desserts at once.

– All-Purpose Flour – Sugar – Butter – Cream Cheese – Vanilla Extract – Eggs – Apples – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Oats – Caramel Sauce



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In your food processor combine and pulse flour, brown sugar and cut up cold butter until a crumb type mixture forms.

Press into a 13x9 inch pan that has been lined with either parchment paper or foil and sprayed lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

In the bowl of an electric mixer beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add in 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
