Oreo Brownie Trifle

Since I didn’t want the leftover brownies from the super delicious cookies & cream Oreo brownies to go to waste (well, I really don’t want them to go to waist either), tonight my daughter and I whipped up some quick and easy individual Oreo brownie trifles.

We used the leftover brownies, Oreo crumbs, Oreo pudding, whipped cream and a little bit of the left over buttercream (because really, anything is better with buttercream!).   I whipped up the pudding in the stand mixer while we got out all of our ingredients.    Definitely a quick and easy weeknight dessert (one my eight year old could have made on her own even).

Left over brownies…

Oreo pudding…

Buttercream…

Whipped Cream…

And enjoy!
