Teacher Appreciation Ideas

Sorry for being a neglectful blogger the past week – between a sick baby, an IRS audit, dance competitions and other craziness, it’s been pretty hectic! But even with all that, teacher appreciation week is coming up, and there’s no letting that slip by! Teachers are some of the most amazing people in the world, and I feel so blessed to have so many wonderful teachers in my daughter’s life. I’ve been struggling to come up with what to make and what to bake (though thinking some of the giant Levain Bakery inspired cookies might be nice). I decided to search the web and see what kind of cute Teacher Appreciation gift ideas I could find. So many cute options that are leaving me feeling inspired! Here are some that caught my eye…

A darling Teacher Appreciation Treat Jar Topper from Eighteen25.com

These ice cream sundae CUPCAKES (yes, cupcakes, I didn’t catch that part at first and thought how the heck would I send ice cream to school) may be the cutest things I’ve ever seen. Hats off to LivingLocurto.com for creating these darling treats. I may have to re-think my cookie theory, these are too cute not to make.

Mini Oreo Apple Pops – so sweet – from The Crafting Chicks at Skip To My Lou

How original is this – Whoopie Pies in darling containers that were made using Crystal Light containers. Brilliant! Also at Skip To My Lou. Love them for the whoopie pies, but you could really do any cookie in these.

This one isn’t a baked good, but I’m including it because it’s adorable, it would probably be one of the quickest gifts you could put together, and it has my daughter’s name on it. 🙂   Again, from the amazing Skip To My Lou...

Darling cookies by Sweet Cakes

I am completely and totally in love with these cupcakes from Cookies and Cups. Cupcakes and Oreo Truffles together? Um, YES PLEASE!

Aren’t these fun from Creative Stash

  1. These are such adorable ideas! LOVE the s’more one and the bloom card is similar to what we did this year for our teacher (although I like it on a stick better then the tag we did). Thanks for the link to my blog for the cupcakes, my friend Peggy made those – she’s a teacher and a baker!

  2. What fabulous ideas, they are ALL beautiful and any teacher would be thrilled to get them. Hope everyone is feeling better! Have a great day

  3. Thank you so much for sharing! 🙂 I am making the Ice Cream Sundae Cupcakes, the Smores, and the flower with thank you in it. Our triplets have the most wonderful preschool teachers and I can’t wait to surprise their teachers.
