May I present Easy Truffle Mac and Cheese. Yes, I did indeed say easy! This is the type of recipe that you can make on a busy weeknight while helping with homework, starting a load of laundry and catching up on the day with family. The end result however is much more we ” out for a nice dinner” than “cooking in sweats while quizzing a child on spelling words”.

This Easy Truffle Mac and Cheese only requires three ingredients, Private Selection Italian Cavatappi, Private Selection Truffle and Aged Cheddar Mac & Cheese Sauce and a splash of milk. You can make the entire recipe in one pot. While you can add additional cheddar or top it with bread crumbs, we found it to be perfect just the way it is. Pair it with a salad and you have an amazing dinner that is fit for serving to guests.
The Private Selection Truffle and Aged Cheddar Mac & Cheese Sauce is just one of the small batch mac and cheese sauces available in the Treasure EmporiYum. One Pot Easy Truffle Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 jar Private Selection Truffle and Aged Cheddar Mac and Cheese Sauce
- 1 bag Private Selection Italian Cavatappi Pasta Noodles
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 cup grated aged cheddar cheese optional
- 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs optional
Instructions
- Using a large heavy pot, cook Private Selection Italian Cavatappi Pasta Noodles according to package directions. Drain and return immediately to pot.
- Empty 1 jar of Private Selection Truffle and Aged Cheddar Mac and Cheese Sauce to pot with pasta. Add 1/4 cup milk or cream to empty jar, place lid back on jar and shake well. Pour milk and remaining sauce into pan as well.
- Return pan to stovetop and cook on low heat until throughly heated, approximately five minutes. If desired top with grated cheddar cheese and/or grated bread crumbs. Serve immediately.
