I’m about to make my 3rd Pumpkin loaf, because my wife and I love it. I especially like it in the morning with coffee.

So I used your recipe but made it gluten free and egg free! I used 12 tablespoons aquafaba for the egg replacement and then a gluten free all purpose flour (I added a little extra to get the right consistency of batter). It is SO GOOD! How long would you bake these for muffins though?
